Here in the Casentino, far from urban and industrial centres, the Cincinelli company cultivates its own vineyards with Sangiovese, Mammolo, Syrah and Merlot grapes, as well as Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Ancillotta. The estate includes about 45 hectares of vineyards and 4 hectares of olive groves, alternating with sown areas and woods.

For over 20 years, the Cincinelli family, guardians of their land, have been committed to managing the vineyards on a completely organic basis, in order to create the healthiest possible habitat and to follow the course of nature as closely as possible.
