In this case, it is the large, centuries-old oak tree that oversees the vineyard that gives its name to one of our best Sangiovese. This is a vineyard of about two hectares that was established in 1997 near the vineyard Mandorli. Although the distance is small and the exposure is similar, on this acreage we find a more clayey soil, much richer in elements that make the soil fertile and ensure good complexity and distinct flavour.
